Update: Pre-Orders Dates and details.

Thanks for all the continued support, i just wanted to take some time to make sure everyone is aware of the stores terms of service in regards to pre-orders.
As a fresh new retail point to get your transformers, bots and bits ! i am engendering to meet all clients orders and needs. I have extended Cybertron Surgery order and production capacity. With the implementation of new printers, new order systems and new wholesale contacts i have been able to ensure a much faster production and delivery time. I always endeavor to get your orders done as fast as humanly possible. Although this is were the issue lies, with the many human interactions with non locally produced items.
I am in constant contact with my suppliers for updates, however with the recent COVID-19 affecting both personal and shipping times its made getting some answers difficult at times, and causing delays to shipments. I was in contact with my primary wholesaler for the new line of earthrise today and was advised that a full order was not received and that more are still on back order.
So good news, i have some Voyger class to pickup and distribute in the next week or so. Bad news is it may be Late September-October before we get another large shipment through from Hasbro, so some of the Delux class Multi packs and Mincons might have to wait a little longer.
But ill keep you all updated as the information trickles in from my suppliers and hasbro.
Terms of Services
When a manufacturer announces a new item, we will list it for pre order sale with an expected arrival date. Pre-order means we are taking advanced orders for the item. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our warehouse. Payment is expected in full in most cases as we are a small store however a refund -5% non refundable deposit can be returned to you if you decide to cancel your pre order with us.
Pre-order Arrival Dates
Every product/item on pre-order has an expected arrival date. Our staff remain in contact with our vendor to try to obtain the most up to date information possible. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings and the information in your account.
We hope that all your pre-orders to show up within the expected time frame, but unfortunately the toy industry and shipping can have delays, especially since Covid-19. The expected arrival date is an estimate; there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late.
You can cancel most pre-orders at any time prior to their arrival at our warehouse. All of this can be done directly from “My Account”. However a non refundable 5% if the product order will be deducted to cover our costs.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your pre-order, your non-refundable down payment will not be refunded.
When possible we will send out notification that a pre-order is arriving soon. This will allow you to review your selected payment method, shipping address, and shipping method before your order is processed.
Please note we are unable to do this for all products; we are dependent on how much notification our vendors give us prior to shipping.
Due to the nature of pre-orders, pricing may sometimes change after we list the product for presale.
If the price is reduced and your item is still on pre-order, your price will be adjusted so you receive the lowest price.
In some cases we may not have exact pricing from our vendors when an item is listed for presale. If this occurs, we list the estimated price on the website with an explanation that the pre-order price will be adjusted when final pricing is known.
In rare circumstances, mandatory price changes may happen to a pre-order. This could occur when we receive a solicitation from a vendor with a pricing error or when product import tariffs are assessed by the United States government. In the event that the price increases, we will notify affected customers. As always you are free to cancel your pre-order at any time.
Pre-order shipping fees are estimates, not the actual amount charged for shipping. We do not always know the exact weight or product dimensions at the time we list a product for pre-order
We work hard to fill every pre-order we take, but occasionally a situation may be out of our control. If we cannot fill your pre-order, we will cancel it and notify you immediately. No compensation will be given for the inconvenience.
