Constantly bearing the brunt of various violence and abuses throughout the original Beast Wars series, it's refreshing to see Waspinator catch a break and find his happiness at long last.
In tribute of that happy ending of sorts of our insect pal, here's the very throne of happiness and goblet to go with T30 Waspinator! At first glance it seemed like a simple enough to put together but boy were there a lot of Waspy insect bits which needed to fit around nicely.
So essentially, the back thorax kibble would need to fit through the curved recess in the back of the seat, and the insect wings folded sideways and out of the way.
In this set, we experimented with texture-mapping for the side ratten "wings" and these print out pretty nicely too! These are held in place to the side stems using two clips.
Also included is the goblet, which comes in two parts to allow it to fit into most figures hands from the top and bottom, connecting in the middle. A full "whole" goblet for figures whose hands can open, or just for display.
So contently with goblet in hand and being fawned upon by the natives, Waspinator has indeed found happiness at last :)
=== ASSEMBLY ===
Here's how all the piece go together, The naming of the parts should be pretty self-explanatory although some glue will be required !
